  • You can search for a surname and a given name(example: Berry, Keith), and a list of entries with that name will come up.

  • In the left column, click on the name you are looking for (example Berry, Keith Alexander), and the information on that individual person will come up.

  • Click on "Pedigree" at the top of the page, to show this person's ancestors, or click on "Descendancy" at the top of the page, to show this person's descendants.
A family tree showing four generations will appear if you clicked on "pedigree". (Note: This can be stretched to eight, but it is cumbersome to look at.) You can then follow other marriages or earlier descendants by clicking on the arrows by an individuals name. If you want to look at the specific information for anyone on these trees, just click on that persons name in the tree.
  • By clicking on "Descendancy", you will get the descendants of this individual for up to twelve generations. This information can be displayed in standard format or register format. The default is register (book) format in eight generations.

  • Use the "Relationship" tab to determine the common ancestors of two individuals. You will need the "Person ID" number from each persons file. You can get this from the Search screen. Dont forget that the letter " i " is in front of the ID number

  • Information for "Living" people is hidden. If a death date is not known, information for birthdates less than 100 years are considered "Living". To view this information, you or your parents must be in the file and you will need to complete the "Register for User Account" on the Home page.
